The "Waldviertel"-a beautiful and quiet area in Austria about 1 hour from Vienna.

If you plan a holiday with almost no tourism or if you just plan to see the countryside of Austria and its beautiful nature, you are definitely right here!

Our apartments were built in 2020 and are located in Thaya/Waldviertel/Lower Austria.

All our apartments have 40m2, a kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bed, TV, WIFI and a balcony.

In our kitchen you will find coffee making facilities, a kettle, an oven, dishwasher und refrigerator,

towels an bed linen. All apartments are in the first floor ( there is an elevator) and are barrier-free.

There is a key deposit at the main entrance, where you can get your key from and return.

Parking is for free and directly at the building.

A very nice bakery, a grocery store and 2 restaurants are close by.
