In case of cancellation
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 72h prior arrival without any costs. After that we charge the total amount.
- At main season ( easterfestival, summerfestival, weekends in december and new year) a free cancellation can be done until 3 weeks prior arrival.
- For groups of more than 5 rooms, the cancellation can be done for free 3 weeks prior arrival.
