Hotel Rosenvilla GmbH & Co KG is committed to making its websites (Fleischhaker Hotels & Apartments) accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government (Web Accessibility Act – WZG) BGBl. I. No. 59/2019 as amended or the Federal Equality for Disabled Persons Act (BGStG). This statement on accessibility applies to www.fleischhaker.at, www.rosenvilla.com, www.hotel-rathaus-wien.at, www.trumer-stube.at, www.apartmentsalzburg.at, www.apartment-waldviertel.at.

Accessibility is more than a matter of course for us – it is close to our hearts. We want our website to be easily usable by everyone, and we are working diligently to ensure this. Therefore, we are doing everything we can to implement the necessary adjustments and are continuously striving to integrate new contents in an accessible manner.

Our goal is to provide all website users – regardless of their individual needs – with unrestricted access to our digital offerings.

This website complies with the conformity level AA of the "Guidelines for Accessible Web Content – WCAG 2.1" and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council in most parts.

We have already implemented the following measures to improve accessibility:

Responsive Web Design: Our website is optimized for different output devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop computer) due to responsive web design. The content elements are automatically optimized for the best possible readability and adjusted for the respective display size. Furthermore, sufficient contrast was taken into account in the design.

Keyboard Navigation: The main menu can be operated via keyboard (Tab key, arrow keys). Interactive elements are accessible and operable via keyboard.

Structure and Semantics

• All pages have meaningful page titles
• The language of the page is declared in the markup
• The HTML markup used is standards-compliant
• Headings are hierarchically structured
• Links have meaningful labels

Accessibility for Assistive Technologies

• Alternative texts for informative images
• Sufficient color contrasts
• Support for screen readers

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:

• Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
  Texts and comprehensibility: We strive to write our texts largely without abbreviations and foreign words and avoid convoluted sentence structures. If a text is not understandable, we kindly ask for feedback.
  Contrast issues: Occasional contrast problems are primarily limited to: cookie banners that are placed over existing content and external content from third parties
  Multimedia content: Not all videos have subtitles or audio descriptions.
  PDF documents: Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible.
• Disproportionate burden
  Content from third parties: Our website partially uses content and services from third parties (e.g., online booking systems). For these contents, no complete statement can be made regarding compliance with accessibility regulations, as they are outside our control.
  Legacy content: A subsequent complete adaptation of all existing content, especially older PDF documents and multimedia content, would pose a disproportionate burden.

We strive to implement the accessibility of this website as best as possible within the technical possibilities and legal requirements. Complete accessibility cannot be guaranteed, especially with complex or dynamic content and when integrating external tools (e.g., booking systems, widgets, forms).

According to Art. 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 as well as § 15 para. 2 WZG, certain requirements may be deviated from if their implementation entails disproportionate effort. In this regard, the legitimate economic interests of the website operator must also be considered.

We continuously check and improve accessibility, but we cannot provide a legally binding guarantee for a fully accessible implementation of all contents.

If you are not satisfied with the responses from the above-mentioned contact option, you can file a complaint with the Complaints Office of the Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form of the Complaints Office.

The complaints will be examined by the FFG to determine whether they concern violations of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in the adherence to accessibility requirements by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the affected legal entities and propose measures to eliminate the existing deficiencies.

With the entry into force of the Accessibility Act (BaFG) on June 28, 2025, those affected can contact the Social Ministry Service as the market surveillance authority in cases of violations of accessibility requirements.
