Look forward to fresh baked goods, homemade jams and cakes, eggs, and juices from organic farmers, as well as other lovingly selected components from Salzburg and the surrounding area. The selection is prepared fresh daily and continuously supplemented. Breakfast for house guests is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00.

Our breakfast buffet near the old town of Salzburg is not only open to our hotel guests. External visitors are also warmly welcome to start their day at the Rosenvilla.
For guests without an overnight stay, the breakfast price is € 30.00 per person including hot drinks. Children under 6 years breakfast for free, children from 6 to 11 years enjoy our buffet for the price of € 19.00. To ensure your place at the breakfast table, we kindly ask for timely reservation. Whether before a business appointment, a congress visit, or a cultural morning in Salzburg – a relaxed morning at the Rosenvilla creates the perfect atmosphere.

Our Regional Partners and Suppliers
The quality of our breakfast starts with the selection of our producers. We deliberately work with regional businesses from Salzburg and the surrounding area, known for craftsmanship, freshness, and reliability.
The sausages come from the Fleischhaker in Hallwang, bread and pastries from the Elixhausener Landbäckerei. The organic eggs are supplied by the Hillerzeder family from Salzburg, while the organic juices come from Hasenfit in Upper Austria.
Honey from Sonnentor and the Neber family as well as – seasonally – honeycombs from the organic beekeeping Kaupa in Waldviertel complement the offer. Tea from Teekanne and coffee from Segafredo round off the breakfast. This creates a buffet that is not only diverse but also regionally rooted.
